Irwin is an OEM, and as such we believe it is advantageous to be able to rely on ourselves for a multitude of parts and pieces. To do this, Irwin has invested in industry leading Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). We use these machines for not only our custom built, heavy-duty equipment but also for making high quality machined parts. We go a step further with our CMMs. They are used for both quality control, as well as to reverse engineer OEM replacement parts with precision to .001” accuracy. This allows us to put together, and provide information to our machine shops, rebuild shop, and production facilities ensuring that you receive quality replacement parts to keep your equipment performing at the high level you expect.
