All of the items are directly related to the new OEM equipment that is manufactured by Irwin Car and its divisions, and we sell direct to you from our in house inventories. Irwin is uniquely positioned to be a centralized supplier of many of the spare parts for your material handling equipment, from chains & sprockets to couplers and shock absorbers; from contactors and constant velocity joints to mining and tunneling lighting products, testing products and personal safety apparatus.

U.S. Tsubaki is a Leading Manufacturer/Supplier of Power Transmission and Motion Control Products. The TSUBAKI name is synonymous with excellence in quality, dependability and customer service, and manufactures the finest roller chains, conveyor chains, mining chains, sprockets and power transmission products in the world. Irwin uses U.S. Tsubaki products on its drive wheel assemblies and custom industrial equipment, and distributes U.S Tsubaki products to our customer base.

Keystone Railway Equipment Company

Keystone Railway Equipment Company manufactures cushioning that protect heavy-duty equipment and structures. Keystone cushioning units absorb shock load from the wheels to the car body frame of mine car trucks and reduce war on the bearings and wheels. Related applications include car positioning stops and crane buffers. The company's headquarters are in Camp Hill, PA.

CON-VEL

Since 1927, CON-VEL has been manufacturing constant velocity joints for all-wheel drive vehicles. Constant velocity joints are ideal for the drive shafts of underground mining machines that have unequal joint angles and require low vibration levels to function optimally. CON-VEL is headquartered in Summerville, SC, and has an office in Australia.

CAB Cable Rings and Saddles

CAB manufactures cable rings and saddles from galvinized steel, copper clad steel, bronze and stainless steel to withstand the most corrosive environments. For maximum safety and protection, CAB can insulate any style of cable ring with a tough, 80 mil coating of high dielectric grade of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) Plasticol. CAB products are manufactred in Ebensburg, PA, by the Cambria County Association for the Blind and Handicapped.

CMC (Contactor Manufacturing Company)

CMC is a manufacturer of electric vehicle controls, vehicle warning lights, electric vehicle controls, electric vehicle batter connectors, and precision-machined gears, pins and axles.

Hilman Rollers

Hilman Rollers manufactures rollers for the short-distance transportof heavy-duty machinery and sub-assemblies ranging in weight from 0.75 tons to 200 tons, and has manufactured individual rollers with capacities up to 5000 tons. Hillmans Rollers is headquartered in Marlboro, NJ.

J & R, Inc.

J & R Manufacturing, Inc. makes DC plugs and receptacles for battery-powered mining equipment. For better conductivity and longer wear, all of J & R's contacts are 90% copper. The company's "Clear-Vue" polarity marking system makes underground hook-ups safer and quicker, and the removable, replaceable flange reduces the cost of complying with MSHA regulations. J & R Manufacturing is headquartered in Bluefield, Virginia.
